At Eighty6sports, we take great care in packing and delivering every order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • A wrong product is delivered

  • A wrong size is sent due to our mistake

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any other reasons.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must start before opening the package

  • The entire unboxing process must be clearly visible without cuts or edits

❌ Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Our Responsibility

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake (such as:

  • Wrong size sent

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged product on arrival),

we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement/exchange, or

  • A refund, as applicable

The final decision will be taken after verification.


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues if the correct size was dispatched

  • Color or design differences due to screen variations

  • Customer preference changes

  • Products without an unboxing video

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling


Return Request Timeline

  • All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
